Riduan Ngesan is a Senior Placemaking Executive at Think City who specialises in cultural-based planning. He has been part of the Think City KL team since its inception in 2015. His experience spans across the programme management of grants, youth engagements, baseline studies, capacity building, policy review, cultural and heritage conservation. He also acts as the key liaison between Think City and government agencies, professional agencies, and local universities. Currently, he is part of leading team driving the implementation of the Kuala Lumpur Creative & Cultural District (KLCCD). Alongside this, he is a standing committee member of the Youth Wing of the Malaysian Institute of Planners.
